I’m Sonya. I am the Managing Partner and a yoga instructor for Wellness Forum Hot Yoga. I’ve been a yoga practitioner since 2006 and immediately fell in love with the mental and physical challenges of the practice. Yoga has turned my life around and has taught me many things, most importantly to accept myself as I am and to be disciplined in all aspects of my life. I love spending time with my husband, family, friends and dog!
My favorite pose is separate leg stretching. It’s one of the poses where I feel the greatest stretch.

I’m Katie Leedy and I started my yoga practice here at the Wellness Forum 3 years ago. I was in search of something to help with my anxiety and stress. I found it!
Yoga has helped me feel calm and powerful in mind and body. I look forward to guiding you in your practice.
Julie started practicing yoga in 2012, during her professional internship because it was a very stressful time. She came to yoga to unwind and destress, and stayed for its amazing benefits to her overall being. Julie has been teaching yoga since 2015. She has a 200-hr certification in vinyasa yoga.
She loves hot yoga because of the mental and physical challenge. Her favorite part of teaching is watching her students experience ‘ah-ha’ moments and grow. Julie has a background in dietetics and works as a RD when she’s not teaching or taking class.
