I’m Sonya. I am the Managing Partner and a yoga instructor for Wellness Forum Hot Yoga. I’ve been a yoga practitioner since 2006 and immediately fell in love with the mental and physical challenges of the practice. Yoga has turned my life around and has taught me many things, most importantly to accept myself as I am and to be disciplined in all aspects of my life.
My favorite pose is separate leg stretching. It’s one of the poses where I feel the greatest stretch.

My name is Jennifer Noble. I am the mother of two amazing children. Professionally I have been a fitness/lifestyle trainer for over 20 yrs. I love that I get the opportunity witness internal, as well as external, transformations in my clients. I’ve been a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2010 and began instructing in April 2018.
My favorite posture is Camel. My least favorite posture is also Camel. I’ve learned to embrace the experiences that challenge me for these bring the greatest opportunity for awareness and change. Come reveal YOUR life lessons with me in the hot room!
I’m Katie Leedy and I started my yoga practice here at the Wellness Forum 3 years ago. I was in search of something to help with my anxiety and stress. I found it!
Yoga has helped me feel calm and powerful in mind and body. I look forward to guiding you in your practice.
Julie started practicing yoga in 2012, during her professional internship because it was a very stressful time. She came to yoga to unwind and destress, and stayed for its amazing benefits to her overall being. Julie has been teaching yoga since 2015. She has a 200-hr certification in vinyasa yoga.
She loves hot yoga because of the mental and physical challenge. Her favorite part of teaching is watching her students experience ‘ah-ha’ moments and grow. Julie has a background in dietetics and works as a RD when she’s not teaching or taking class.
I love practicing hot yoga! It gives me strength, stability, and has really helped to improve my posture. It’s a great way to start or finish my day! Our students and fellow teachers are awesome to practice with! When I’m not in the hot room, I love to run, and hike. I enjoy being outside, especially in beautiful natural places. It brings me peace.
I’m happily married, and have two children. I love spending time with my family. I also participate in a health ministry at Harlem Road Church. Through that ministry, I introduce people to the Wellness Forum diet and lifestyle and the great health benefits to be gained. I also lead a group called Thrive. This group supports people who are interested in this diet and lifestyle. I demonstrate cooking plant based recipes and share new foods for them to try. We have a great time and offer support and encouragement to each other. I’m also a member of Ohio Healthy Girlfriend and have made some great friends there!
I started practicing yoga in 2016 at the Wellness Forum simply to “exercise” with my wife. I even signed up for six months (to get one month free) before taking the first class to challenge my discipline of commitment. I found in yoga something much more than a work out, I’ve discovered a way of life.
In class we articulate yoga as a practice because yoga is a life-long journey of discovering oneself. Here we discover our mental and physical edge, together. My favorite pose is standing forehead to knee (pictured in Siem Reap, Cambodia). As I focus my gaze into the mirror, I feel every part of my body working to gain concentration, strength, stamina, balance and flexibility.

Hi! I’m Amanda and I will be a Personal Trainer as well as a Yoga Instructor here at Wellness Forum Health.
I began my journey into fitness several years ago with a love for running. Over the past year and a half I’ve been strength training preparing myself to run a full marathon and started practicing yoga. For myself, Yoga has been a way for me to improve my posture, increase balance and stability, and giving me an outlet away from the craziness of my life! I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career and I’m most excited to be able to help change peoples lives by challenging and assisting them in their own fitness and health goals!
In my personal life I am a wife and mother of three children and two dogs. I enjoy crafting, camping, and spending time with family!
I’m thrilled to be a part of this amazing group and I look forward to connecting in some way with each of you!
